The Malta Private Equity Venture Capital Association (PEVCA Malta) was formally launched on Thursday 21st March 2024. The PEVCA Malta's main aim is to foster a thriving private capital ecosystem in Malta and also to promote Malta as a jurisdiction of choice for setting up of Private Equity and Venture Capital structures.
Calamatta Cuschieri, the sister company of CC Fund Services was one of the founding members of the association which further strengthens CC Fund Services' position as a partner to Fund Promoters looking to set up their respective fund in an EU Jurisdiction. With a robust regulatory framework, strategic location, and the fact that Malta is an English-speaking jurisdiction one can rest assured in getting a top quality level of service together with various Fund structures depending on the type of Fund and audience one is trying to attract.
